- 2 Eggs
- 0.25 c tapioca or cornstarch
- 1 tsp Healthy Rican Sazón
- 1 tbsp Healthy Rican Sofrito
- 0.25 c Avocado oil, for frying

Directions

Preparing the mixture
1. In a bowl, combine the yam, fish, eggs, starch and seasonings.
2. Mix well.
Preparing the fritters
1. Add the oil to a medium frying pan.
2. Once the oil is hot, add about 2 heaping spoonfuls of the mixture and press down.
3. Continue to add fritters to the pan until the mixture is gone.
4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crunchy.
