Ingredients

For the wontons
- 3 stalks Green onion
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 tsp Potato starch
- 200 g minced pork
- 1 Large egg
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp White pepper
- 40 Wonton wrappers
For each portion of the sauce (8 wontons)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp chilli oil
- 0.25 tsp Sugar
- 2 stalks Green onion, only green part
- Sesame seeds

Directions

Preparing the Wonton Filling
1. Finely dice the green onion and garlic.
2. Add to bowl of minced pork along with the other ingredients.
3. Mix well in a circular motion.
Assembling the Wontons
1. To assemble the wontons, prepare a small bowl of water, this will act as the adhesive.
2. Place the wonton filling in the center of the wonton wrapper.
3. Wet two neighboring edges of the wrapper with water, fold the wrapper to form a triangle.
4. Wet one of the sharp corners of the triangle and put the other sharp corner over the wet corner.
Cooking the Wontons
1. Bring a large pot of water to boil.
2. Cook the wontons and stir gently to ensure that they don’t stick together.
3. Cook until the wontons are floating, this should be around 3-5 minutes depending on the size of the wonton.
Serving the Wontons
1. Prepare the sauce in a serving bowl and add the wonton to the bowl and mix well.
