Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 1 Small onion
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Allspice
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp crushed red pepper
- 0.25 tsp powdered ginger
- Cooking spray

Directions

1. In the bowl of a food processor, grate the onion until it’s finely chopped.
2. Add the peanut butter, tomato paste, olive oil, all spice, salt, crushed red pepper and powdered ginger.
3. Continue to blend until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
4. Transfer the sauce from the blender to a large bowl.
5. Add the beef to the sauce and toss to coat.
6. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow the beef to marinate.
7. When ready to grill, thread the beef onto wooden or metal skewers.
8. Pour any leftover marinade on top of the beef kabobs.
9. Preheat the grill to medium heat, and grease the grill with cooking spray.
10. Cook on the preheated grill, flipping once, until meat is browned, about 10 minutes.
