Vegetables
- 1 bundle vietnamese herbs
- 1 bundle lettuce
- 1 Cucumber
- beansprouts
- 1 White onion, sliced
- 1 bundle enoki mushrooms
Protein
- 2 lb ribeye
- 2 lb Shrimp, peeled, halved
- 2 squid tubes
Others
- 1 pack vermicelli noodles
- 1 pack Rice paper
- sweet fish sauce dip
- 1 tub Butter

Directions

For the prep
1. Cut your ribeye into thin slices - fat removed.
2. Peel, clean and halve your shrimps.
3. Clean your squid tubes. Cut into thin pieces and score them.
4. Cook your vermicelli noodles according to the package instructions.
5. For the vegetables, clean your vietnamese herbs, julienne the cucumbers, and clean your lettuce.
6. Cut your onion into thin slices. Clean and separate the enoki mushrooms. Set this aside.
Begin cooking
1. 1. Butter your griddle on high heat. Add your protein and allow them to cook.
2. While waiting, wet the rice paper and place on a plate to soften. Start assembling your rolls by adding lettuce, herbs, cucumbers, and vermicelli.
3. As the protein is finished cooking, add them to your individual rolls and roll once you're happy with what's included in your rolls. Dip and enjoy with sweet fish sauce dip.
