Ingredients

- 8 oz Shrimp, minced
- 8 oz imitation crab
- 6 tbsp mayo
- 0.75 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 0.333 tbsp Sugar
- 2 stalks Green onion, sliced
- 1 handful Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Egg
- french bread / baguette
- Black pepper

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
2. Combine all ingredients except the baguette in a large mixing bowl.
3. Lightly spray foiled aluminum trays with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Spread 1 tbsp of the meat mixture onto each slice of baguette and place on aluminum trays. Do not overcrowd.
Baking
1. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the shrimp is fully cooked and the bread has slightly hardened.
Finishing Touches
1. Finish the top with butane torch or broil in oven for added char (optional)
