- 1 Carrot, shredded
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 0.5 green cabbage
- 0.25 Red cabbage, shredded
- Cilantro, optional
- Mint, optional
Fish Sauce
- 0.25 c Red Boat Family Reserve 50N Fish Sauce
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1 Thai chili
- 2 clove Garlic, minced
- 0.5 c Sugar
- 0.5 c water

Directions

Prepare the Fish Sauce
1. In a bowl, add your Red Boat Family Reserve 50N Fish sauce, lime juice, Thai chili, garlic cloves, sugar, and water.
2. Mix well until the sugar has dissolved.
Prepare the Salad
1. In a bowl, add your shredded carrot, sliced red bell pepper, shredded cabbage, and shredded chicken or turkey.
2. Add ½ of your homemade fish sauce to the chicken salad and toss to combine.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Add more fish sauce as needed when serving.
5. Garnish with mint and or cilantro.
