Ingredients

- 0.25 cup Lime juice
- 0.25 cup vegan tiger’s milk
- 0.5 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon drop pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.25 cup Cilantro, washed and disinfected
- 600 g Mushrooms, boiled and halved
- pinch salt and fresh black pepper
- 2 corn cobs
- 1 Sweet potato, in half-circle slices and parboiled
- 4 Tbs Corn

Directions

1. In a bowl, mix the lime juice, tiger’s milk, red onion, pepper, garlic powder, cilantro, salt and fresh black pepper until fully incorporated. Add the mushrooms and mix carefully so they don’t break.
2. Rest in the fridge for 10 minutes. Serve with corn, toasted corn and sweet potato.
3. Garnish with cilantro leaves. Share and enjoy.
