Ingredients

Main Ingredients
- 0.5 c nut butter
- 8 large pitted dates
- 0.25 c plant milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1.5 c Rolled oats
- 0.5 c hemp powder
- 0.25 c ground flaxseed
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.25 c carob powder
- 0.5 c Cashews, roughly chopped
Notes
- You can also use single ingredient hemp protein instead of ground hemp seeds
- For nut-free use seed butter in place of nut-butter

Directions

Preparation of the dough
1. First, process your nut or seed butter, dates, and plant milk until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients except for the cashews in a food processor.
3. Process until combined and a thick dough is formed. If dough is too moist add some more ground hemp. If dough is too dry add very small amounts of plant milk.
4. Add cashews and mix to combine.
Final Steps
1. Press mixture into a parchment lined pan.
2. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
3. Cut into 6 pieces.
4. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
