Tofu
- 14 oz firm tofu
- 2 arrowroot starch
- 0.25 c Nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp Turmeric
- 0.5 tsp black salt
- 0.25 tsp Baking powder
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 c plant milk
Veggies
- 0.25 c Red onion
- 0.25 c olives
- 0.25 c Cherry tomatoes, halved
Vegan Cheese Sauce
- 0.5 c vegan cheese sauce

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
Blend the Frittata
1. In a high-speed blender combine tofu, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, turmeric, salt, pepper, arrowroot, and water. Blend until smooth.
2. Add baking powder and blend just to combine.
3. Heat a well-seasoned cast iron skillet on medium heat.
4. Add the frittata mixture to the pan and smooth.
5. Top with veggies.
Bake
1. Place the skillet in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the top appears dry and cooked.
Finish and Serve
1. Remove the skillet from the oven.
2. Drizzle with cheese sauce.
