- 1 pint Cherry tomatoes, diced
- 0.5 Red onion, diced
- 7 oz vegan parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, diced
- 4 bags Kibo Food chips

Directions

Preparation of Ingredients
1. Dice up your cherry tomatoes, red onion, and green bell pepper.
2. Slice your romaine lettuce into thin strips.
3. Heat up your refried beans so they are slightly warm. This will make them easier to spread.
Layering the Dish
1. In an 8x8 dish, add your refried beans and spread them in an even layer.
2. Layer on your guacamole, vegan cream cheese, tomatoes, red onion, 1/2 your vegan cheese, green bell pepper, romaine lettuce, and top with the rest of your vegan cheese.
