- 1 c Cashews, soaked in hot water for min. 30 minutes or boiled for 10 minutes
- 0.5 c oat milk, plus 2 tbsp, adjust if necessary
- 0.25 c Nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Paprika, smoked
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 tsp Salt, or to taste

Directions

To make the sauce
1. Soak one cup of cashews in hot water for at least 30 minutes, or boil them for 10 minutes.
2. Blend the cashews with oat milk, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, turmeric powder, apple cider vinegar, and salt to taste.
To serve
1. Once the ingredients are blended together, all that's left to do is serve the sauce with some tortilla chips and pickled jalapeños.
