- 4 Medjool dates, soft, pitted
- 1 tsp vanilla
Filling
- 3 cups non-dairy milk
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted (12-14)
- 12 oz unsweetened chocolate

Directions

Prepare the crust
1. Combine nuts, dates, and vanilla in a food processor.
2. Process to a semi-fine meal.
3. Press into a 9-inch deep dish pie pan. Set aside.
Prepare the filling
1. Blend dates and milk on high until smooth.
2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
3. Add melted chocolate to date and milk mixture. Blend to combine.
4. Pour filling into pie crust.
5. Refrigerate overnight or less depending on desired firmness.
