Ube Croissant
- 3 croissants
- 0.5 Pillsbury ready made sugar cookie dough
- 1 tsp ube extract
- 2 tbsp ube halaya
- macapuno

Directions

Preparing the Cookie Dough
1. Place the sugar cookie dough and ube extract in a bowl.
2. Mix until well combined. It’s best if you use your hands, but wear gloves so the extract doesn’t stain your hands.
3. Flatten the cookie dough and place the ube halaya on top, and spread evenly.
4. Roll the cookie dough up as if you are making cinnamon rolls.
5. Set aside.
Preparing the Croissant
1. Cut the croissant, but make sure to leave a hinge.
2. Spread the cookie dough in the middle of the croissant. The amount is up to you, just make sure you leave enough for the topping.
3. Spoon in the macapuno as well.
4. Spread the remaining cookie dough on top of the croissant.
5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 13 minutes.
Final Steps
1. Once baked, let cool for 3-5 minutes, then top with some more macapuno.
2. Best served warm, but still really good at room temperature.
