Ingredients

- 1 Cucumber
- 1.5 c Greek yogurt
- 2 clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp White wine vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh dill

Directions

1. Peel and grate cucumber. Use the large blades.
2. Add salt and 1 tbsp of white vinegar to the grated cucumber. Mix and set aside to release liquid.
3. In the meantime, combine yogurt, garlic, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
4. Take the grated cucumber & drain out most of the excess liquids. Then add the cucumber to the yogurt mixture.
5. Finally, add finely chopped dill and mix well.
Serving Suggestions
1. You could serve the dip with veggies, pita bread or even grilled meats! I’ve made grilled chicken kabobs & topped it off with Tzatziki.
