Ingredients

- Salmon
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Shallot
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1 c Heavy cream
- 0.25 c broth
- 0.5 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 Spinach
- 1 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 cornstarch slurry
- 1 Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Garlic powder
- Pasta

Directions

Seasoning the Fish
1. Season fish with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cooking the Fish
1. Cook fish skin side down for about 3-4 minutes.
2. Flip and cook for 1 minute.
3. Then remove and set aside. Don't worry, we will finish the cooking process in the sauce.
Preparing the Sauce
1. On low medium heat add 1 tbsp of olive oil, butter, shallots, and garlic.
2. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add heavy cream, broth, pinch of salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and rosemary.
4. Add Parmesan cheese and cornstarch slurry.
5. Mix well and turn the heat to low.
Adding the Vegetables
1. Add a handful of spinach and cherry tomatoes.
2. Cook down for 1 minute.
Final Cooking
1. Add salmon back in the pan with the sauce, skin side up.
2. Cook on low for another 4-5 minutes.
Serving
1. Serve immediately with pasta.
