Ingredients

- 1 Canned Solid White Albacore Tuna
- 4 Eggs, boiled hard, cooled, diced
- 0.33333333333333331 cup Mayo
- 4 Tbs Sweet Relish
- 0.5 Medium Red Onion
- 0.25 Medium Sweet Onion
- 1 tsp celery salt, or to taste
- 1 tsp Black pepper, or to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic powder, or to taste
- Kosher salt, to taste
- 6 Brioche Hot Dog Buns
- 3 Tbs Unsalted butter, melted
- Fresh chives, diced (optional)
Old Bay Mayo
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

1. Drain water from canned tuna, then add to a large mixing bowl. Mix in cooled boiled eggs, mayo, sweet relish, red onion, sweet onion, celery salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. If you would like, you can substitute the celery salt for kosher salt or add in kosher salt as an additional flavor enhancer.
2. For Old Bay mayo, in a separate mixing bowl, combine mayo & Old Bay seasoning. Mix together well until fully combined.
3. For toasting buns, apply a small amount of melted butter across the bottom of each hot dog bun before toasting. Add buttered bun in a skillet on medium-low heat. Once the skillet is hot, add in the bun and slightly press down on the top of the bun to ensure the bun is making full contact with the pan. Toast for about 15-30 seconds.
4. Assemble bun by adding in tuna salad mixture. Applying Old Bay mayo and fresh diced chives as toppings are optional but they taste great on the roll so I recommend. Enjoy!
