- 4 tbsp ground chia
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 0.5 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 0.5 cup frozen raspberries
Chocolate Layer
- 1.5 cup plant milk
- 5 Medjool dates, pitted
- 6 tbsp ground chia
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds
- 4 tbsp Cocoa powder

Directions

Prepare the Vanilla Layer
1. Combine all ingredients for the vanilla layer in a high-speed blender.
2. Pour vanilla layer into desired cup or bowl.
3. Allow the vanilla layer to set for 10-20 minutes.
Prepare the Raspberry Layer
1. Combine all ingredients for the raspberry layer in a high-speed blender.
2. Pour the raspberry layer over the vanilla layer.
3. Allow the raspberry layer to set in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes.
Prepare the Chocolate Layer
1. Combine all ingredients for the chocolate layer in a high-speed blender.
2. Pour the chocolate layer over the raspberry layer.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Top with pomegranate or other fruit of choice.
