- 0.5 Lemon, juiced & zested
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 handful Fresh basil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Slice heirloom tomato into thin slices and add to a plate. Season with salt & pepper and set aside.
2. Toast 2 slices of bread.
