Ingredients

- 2 heirloom tomatoes
- 2 Sourdough bread, sliced
- Mayonnaise
- flaky salt

Directions

1. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
2. While the pan is heating up, spread a generous amount of mayonnaise on both sides of each sourdough bread slice. Make sure to cover the entire surface.
3. Place the bread slices into the hot pan and press with a spatula to ensure even toasting. Toast for two minutes per side, or until it becomes golden brown and slightly crispy.
4. Place the toasted bread on a plate, layer the tomatoes on top of the bread, and sprinkle with the salt all over.
5. Place the second slice of bread on top of the tomatoes and cut in half.
