Ingredients

Tofu Scramble
- 12 oz soft tofu
- 1 Onion, finely diced
- 0.5 tsp kala namak
- 0.75 tsp Turmeric
- 0.25 tsp Pepper, freshly cracked
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Tempeh Bacon
- 3.5 oz tempeh
- 1 tbsp Tamari
- 1 tbsp agave
- 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Garnish
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped

Directions

To make a delicious tofu scramble
1. Start by heating up olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
2. Once it's hot, sauté the onions with kala namak until they become translucent.
3. Add the tofu block and turmeric to the pan and scramble it into smaller pieces.
4. Keep stirring until the tofu is evenly coated with turmeric and gets an overall yellow color.
To make tempeh bacon
1. Marinate tempeh cubes in a mixture of tamari, agave, smoked paprika, and olive oil.
2. Roast in olive oil for a few minutes.
3. Top the tofu scramble with the tempeh bacon and sprinkle with parsley.
4. Enjoy on bread or just as is.
