Directions

Preparation
1. Start by preheating your oven to 375° F.
2. In a large stock pot, cook your jumbo shells until they are al dente. Be sure to add salt to the water.
3. Once your pasta is al dente, remove it from the pot and place on a baking sheet on parchment paper so they do not stick together. Set aside.
For the spinach mixture
1. In a bowl, add your spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, egg, mozzarella cheese, garlic and sea salt.
2. Use an electric hand mixer to combine this filling.
3. Once your spinach filling is done, use a spoon to fill up each shell with the mixture.
Baking the shells
1. Place a cup of sauce on the bottom of the oven-safe baking dish and add your filled shells.
2. Cover your shells with more pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
3. Tent cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
4. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking to brown the top of your dish.
Serving
1. Serve with meat sauce or more pasta sauce and enjoy!
