- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
- 1 Carrot, shredded
- 1 c Rice
- 2 c Water, or Chicken Broth for more flavor

Directions

Preparation
1. Add oil and chopped onion and shredded carrot to a pot. Cook on medium heat until the onions begin to turn translucent.
2. Add in the rice and chicken bouillon. Stir to combine everything, and toast the rice for about 20 seconds.
3. Add in 2 cups water and bring to a rapid boil over high heat.
4. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cover the pot tightly. Cook for 15 minutes, or until the rice is soft.
5. Fluff with a fork and enjoy!
