Method
1. Brown your butter until it is slightly overdone. Let cool. Next, sift the dry ingredients together and set aside.
2. Mix your cooled brown butter and brown sugar together until it is well mixed. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
3. Fold in your dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until it is partially mixed through. Add the chocolate chunks and mix all the way.
4. With saran wrap, place the dough inside and roll into a log. Refrigerate for at least an hour. cut and roll into 60g balls and place on a parchment lined tray leaving some space apart.
5. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Let rest for at least 15 minutes before consuming.
