Ingredients

- 1 lb Wide rice noodles
- 0.25 c Soy sauce
- 0.25 c Dark soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Fish sauce
- 0.25 c Sugar
- 0.25 c Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp msg
- 0.5 Onion, Thinly sliced
- 4 Bird eye chili pepper, chopped
- 6 Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 Chicken breast, 1/2 inch wide slices
- thai basil

Directions

1. combine soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, MSG, oyster sauce, and sugar and whisk
2. Cook the chicken over high heat until cooked through (about 4 minutes) remove from pan or wok.
3. Sautee onion, garlic, and thai chilies on high heat for about 1 minute
4. Add in noodles and chicken and toss to combine
5. Add the sauce and toss/stir fry for 1-2 minutes until it forms a nice glaze on the noodles and chicken
6. Cut the heat and add thai basil and stir in until just softened (about a minute)
7. Plate and garnish with some more basil and enjoy!
