Salmon Recipe
- 2 salmon filets
- 0.5 c Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Tamari
- 0.5 c Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Ginger
- 3 Garlic, crushed
- 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 0.25 c water

Directions

Making the teriyaki sauce
1. Mix ingredients for teriyaki sauce together until brown sugar is dissolved.
Preparing the salmon
1. Pour your sauce on salmon bites, and gently mix with a spoon.
2. Place bites on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cooking the salmon
1. Place in an air fryer for 8 minutes or in an oven at 375F.
2. Use any leftover glaze halfway through cooking.
Serving the dish
1. Serve with rice and sautéed green beans.
