- 6 cups Water
- 10 thai peppers
- 1 head Garlic, minced
- 2 whole Limes

Directions

1. To a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of water + 1 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
2. Add 2 cups of fish sauce and 5 cups of cold water. Mix this gently.
3. Add 10 minced thai peppers and 1 head of garlic (minced). Squeeze 2 whole limes.
4. Mix this well and add to your airtight container to store.
