- 120 g raw salmon sashimi
- 0.5 Cucumber, finely sliced
- 0.5 Avocado, finely cubed
- spring onions
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp kecap manis
- 1 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- Sesame seeds
- Lime

Directions

1. Cook sushi rice to packet instructions.
2. Pack rice into waffle maker on the highest heat for 8 minutes or until crispy.
3. Cube the salmon sashimi and marinate with soy sauce and spring onions.
4. Top the crispy rice waffle with the salmon mixture, avocado, cucumber, kecap manis, kewpie mayo, sriracha, sesame seeds and lime.
