Ingredients

Sushi Rice
- 1 c sushi rice
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 5 nori sheets
Filling
- 0.5 Carrot, julienned
- 0.25 Cucumber, julienned
Toppings
- 0.5 Carrot, thinly sliced with a peeler
- 0.5 Cucumber, thinly sliced with a peeler
- 1 c mixed mushrooms
- 0.5 Avocado, thinly sliced
- 2 Radishes, thinly sliced
- 0.5 tbsp black sesame
- 0.5 tbsp white sesame
Serving
- 1 tbsp wasabi
- 0.25 c Soy sauce, or tamari
- 0.25 c pickled sushi ginger

Directions

Prepare the sushi rice
1. Prepare one cup of sushi rice and allow it to cool.
2. Mix in one tablespoon of rice vinegar.
Prepare the fillings and toppings
1. Cut a nori sheet into pizza slice shapes and spread the rice on top, leaving space for the "crust".
2. Add your favorite sushi ingredients, such as carrots and cucumbers, sautéed mushrooms, avocado, and radishes.
Prepare the "crust"
1. Make three regular maki rolls with rice and julienned carrots and cucumbers.
2. Cut the rolls into the needed length and attach them with water to your pizza slice.
Serving instructions
1. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve with wasabi, soy sauce, and pickled ginger.
2. You can either roll the slice up or eat it the classic way with a fork and knife.
