Sushi Rice
- 2 c cooked sushi rice
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
Main Ingredients
- 8 oz imitation crab meat
- 8 oz cooked salmon
- 4 oz Cream cheese
Mayonnaise Mix
- 0.333 c kewpie mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
Toppings
- 1 Scallion, chopped
- furikake

Directions

Cooking the rice
1. Cook the rice and season with rice vinegar.
Preparing the topping
1. Combine salmon, imitation crab meat, cream cheese, kewpie mayo, sriracha, and scallion in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix well.
Assembling the dish
1. Add the rice to a baking pan and flatten out evenly.
2. Add the salmon & crab mix on top and flatten it out evenly.
3. Sprinkle with a layer of furikake.
4. Drizzle with more kewpie mayo and sriracha.
Baking and garnishing
1. Bake in the oven at 400F for 10 minutes until the top turns brown.
2. Garnish with chopped scallions and enjoy!
