Ingredients

Spaghetti
- 8 oz Spaghetti
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 c Basil leaves, loosely packed, plus extra for garnish
- 3 red chilis
- 10 Sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in water or use oil-packed and drain some oil
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Salt, for the pasta water
- 0.25 tsp cracked pepper
- 0.25 tsp Coarse sea salt

Directions

Boiling the Pasta
1. Boil your pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente (cooked but still a bit firm).
Preparing the Ingredients
1. While the pasta cooks, chop the sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, and chili peppers.
Creating the Sauce
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chopped tomato-mixture, and cook for 1 minute.
Combining and Serving
1. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water.
2. Add the pasta and some of the reserved water (a few tablespoons) to the pan with the tomatoes.
3. Toss everything together to coat.
4. Serve topped with fresh basil leaves and cracked pepper.
5. You can also add a drizzle of olive oil and some extra coarse sea salt for more flavor, if desired.
6. Enjoy this delicious and easy meal!
