- 0.5 tsp Sesame seeds
- 0.25 tsp arrowroot powder

- 2 mini cucumbers
- 0.5 bell pepper
- 0.5 c Carrot, shredded
- 0.5 c cabbage
- 0.25 c edamame
- 0.25 c Mint
- 0.5 c rice noodles
- 0.5 Avocado
- Sesame seeds, to top
- Green onion, to top
Sesame Peanut Dressing
- 1 tbsp PB
- 2 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.125 tsp Ginger powder
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 0.5 tsp Honey
- 0.5 tsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp water

Directions

Instructions
1. Mix all salmon ingredients together and coat salmon.
2. Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes.
3. Assemble bowl, add salmon and dressing, top with green onion and sesame seeds.
4. Enjoy!
