Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 4 tbsp Canola oil
- 1 c Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Italian seasonings
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Pepper
- 1 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

1. In a bowl add pork, egg, half of the bread crumbs, Italian seasonings, garlic, oregano, onion powder, salt and pepper.
2. Mix together, but do not over mix.
3. Roll into balls, making a pocket in the center.
4. Add mozzarella cheese and close up pocket.
5. Roll your stuffed meatballs in remaining bread crumbs.
6. In a skillet set to medium heat with canola oil, brown meatballs on all sides.
7. Drain any remaining oil and add spaghetti sauce on top of meatballs.
8. Top with additional mozzarella cheese.
9. Bake uncovered at 350° for 15-20 mins, or until cheese is melted.
10. Enjoy as is or add to traditional spaghetti!
