- 0.25 c agave Syrup
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- coarse sugar
- egg wash
- Vanilla ice cream

Directions

1. Slice strawberries and coat in cornstarch.
2. Add agave, vanilla and rose water.
3. Lay out puff pastry sheet on a sheet pan and layer strawberry mixture in the center.
4. Fold in puff pastry side leaving the middle exposed.
5. Brush puff pastry with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
6. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
7. Allow to cool and serve with vanilla ice cream.
