Strawberry Dreamscape Panna Cotta Recipe (with Video)

Prepare the Agar Agar Mixture
1. In a saucepan, combine 800 ml of milk, 100 g of sugar, and 8 g of agar agar powder.
2. Stir the mixture well until the sugar and agar agar powder are fully dissolved.
3. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes to allow the agar agar to activate.
Heat the Mixture
1. Place the saucepan on the stove over medium heat.
2. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Incorporate White Chocolate
1. Once the mixture is simmering, add 160 g of chopped white chocolate.
2. Continue to stir until the white chocolate is completely melted and incorporated into the mixture.
Add Strawberry Flavor
1. Gently fold in fresh strawberry slices into the mixture.
2. Optionally, add a little red food coloring for a more vibrant strawberry color.
Pour into Molds
1. Remove the saucepan from heat.
2. Pour the mixture into individual molds or a large serving dish.
Chill
1. Allow the panna cotta to cool at room temperature for a bit before transferring it to the refrigerator.
2. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
Serve
1. Once set, carefully unmold the panna cotta if individual servings were made.
2. Garnish with additional sliced strawberries or a drizzle of melted white chocolate if desired.
