- 0.75 c graham crackers, crushed
- 0.5 c semi sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 0.5 Cream cheese, using the blocked cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

Preparing the strawberries
1. Wash and dry strawberries.
2. Using a paring knife, cut the top off your strawberry and the inside to create a hole.
Making the filling
1. Mix together cream cheese, maple syrup, & vanilla extract.
2. Crush your graham crackers.
3. Melt your chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30 second intervals until smooth.
Assembling the strawberries
1. Make sure your strawberries are really dry, if not your chocolate won’t stick.
2. Add cream cheese filling into strawberries.
3. Then dip the top in your crushed graham crackers.
4. Then add your melted chocolate to half of strawberry.
Final steps
1. Put in fridge to harden.
2. Then enjoy.
