Ingredients

- 1 lb snow pea leaves
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.125 tsp White pepper
- 0.25 cup broth
- 2 Tbs Neutral oil, like avocado, vegetable, etc.

Directions

1. Submerge the snow pea leaves in a large bowl of water and gently swish around to wash. You can repeat 1-2 more times. Drain.
2. Split any large leaves. Trim any ends that look dry or woody. These will be too fibrous to eat.
3. Heat up a pan on medium heat and add neutral oil. Once warm, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden, or about 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the snow pea leaves (it’s ok if they’re still wet), and stir fry with the garlic until the leaves have darkened and wilted slightly. Add seasonings: salt, white pepper, and chicken broth. Stir fry together for another minute and it’s ready to serve!
