Preparation of Steaks
1. Preheat your grill to 450 degrees.
2. Rub olive oil on your steaks and coat both sides with salt and pepper.
3. Grill steaks for 4.5-5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
Preparation of Chimichurri Sauce
1. While the steaks rest, add your warm water to the chimichurri mix, and stir well.
2. Follow in with your olive oil and red wine vinegar and mix until fully incorporated.
