Ingredients

Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- 1 bag Spinach, sautéed
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 0.667 c Sour cream
- 1 c canned artichokes
- 1.5 c shredded mozzarella
- 1 c shredded mozzarella
- 0.5 c Parmesan
- 0.25 c Parmesan
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 loaf uncut bread

Directions

1. Sauté spinach in a little bit of olive oil.
2. Cool off for a couple of minutes, pat dry with paper towels to remove moisture, and chop coarsely.
3. Preheat oven to 400°F.
4. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cooked spinach, artichokes, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, 1/2 cup parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and mix using a spatula.
5. Place bread over a cutting board and, using a serrated knife, make a rectangular cut without cutting the bread all the way through.
6. Remove the rectangle using your hands and save the bread for another time or discard.
7. Using a spatula, add the dip to the center of the bread and spread evenly.
8. Add remaining cheese on top and place over a baking tray.
9. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese begins to form a brown crust.
10. Remove from oven and serve by cutting into slices.
11. Enjoy!
