- 2 tbsp pork rinds
- 2 tbsp spicy mayo
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp cheesy nutritional yeast
- salt and pepper, to taste
Toppings
- 3 lettuce
- 2 Tomato, slices
- 0.5 Avocado, mashed
- 1 tbsp grilled corn
- 2 Red onion, slices
- 2 tbsp spicy mayo
- 2 tbsp corn tortilla strips
- 1 hamburger buns, gluten free

Directions

Instructions
1. Preheat your grill or pan to medium heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, pork rinds, spicy mayo, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
4. Cook the burgers for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
