- 4 c Baby spinach
- 1 c marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp green chili
- 1 tbsp Garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 0.5 c Cream cheese
- 0.25 c mayo
- 1 c gruyère cheese
- 0.5 c Parmigiano reggiano, shredded

Directions

Instructions
1. Wash and spin dry baby spinach.
2. In a pan, add olive oil.
3. Once hot, add green chili and garlic.
4. Sauté for a few minutes before adding the spinach.
5. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
6. Once the spinach is wilted, add the cream cheese and mayo.
7. Mix well before adding in the chopped artichoke.
8. Mix again and then add the cheeses.
9. Give it a final mix and then add it to a vessel.
10. Bake it at 375F for 20 minutes.
11. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
12. Enjoy!
