Ingredients

- 2 tsp Kosher salt
- 2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- 1 Tbs white cooking wine
- 1 Tbs Rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs Red wine vinegar
- 0.25 cup chili oil
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger
- 0.25 cup Soy sauce
- 1 Shallot, diced
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
- 0.33333333333333331 cup Scallions, sliced
- 2 cup low mein noodles

Directions

1. Boil your noodles leaving them slightly undercooked.
2. Season your shrimp with salt and pepper.
3. Cover your pan in olive oil once the pan is hot.
4. Cook the shrimp 2-3 minutes per side, immediately removing from the pan.
5. Add the white cooking wine to deglaze the pan.
6. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
7. Add the vinegars and stir, followed by the chili oil, garlic, ginger, and shallot.
8. Add soy sauce and bring to a slight simmer.
9. Add sesame seeds, scallions, and red pepper flakes.
10. Mix thoroughly.
11. Finish cooking the noodles in the sauce.
12. Add shrimp and mix.
13. Serve and enjoy!
