Ingredients

Salmon
- 3 8 oz Salmon fillets
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 cup Potato starch
The Sauce
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Red chili flakes
- 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Garnishes
- Green onion
- Toasted Sesame Seeds

Directions

Prepare the Salmon
1. Pat dry the salmon and lightly salt.
2. Coat the salmon in potato starch on both sides and dust off any excess.
Prepare the Sauce
1. In a bowl, mix all the sauces together and set aside.
Cook the Salmon
1. Turn the heat up to medium-high and drizzle some oil in a pan.
2. Start by cooking the salmon skin side facing down and pan fry it for 4 minutes, flip around and cook for another 4 minutes.
3. Pour in the sauce and cook for another few minutes, the sauce will start to thicken.
4. Keep pouring the sauce over the salmon and turn off the heat when the sauce is the consistency you like.
Serve the Salmon
1. Have the salmon with some white rice and garnish with some chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
