Ingredients

- 2 ramen noodle portions
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 Scallions, chopped
- 0.5 tbsp gochugaru
- 2 tsp Neutral oil
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 0.5 tbsp Brown sugar
- 0.25 tsp White pepper
- 1 tbsp water
- 0.5 c cooking water

Directions

Preparation of Aromatics and Noodles
1. Add 2 tsp of oil in a pan over medium high heat.
2. Saute garlic, scallion and gochugaru until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
3. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water until al dente.
4. Reserve 1/2 cup of noodle cooking water.
Preparation of Sauce
1. In a small bowl, mix together light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, brown sugar, white pepper, and water.
Combining and Cooking
1. Add noodles to sautéed aromatics and gochugaru, then add the premixed sauce.
2. Add noodle water as necessary to loosen the sauce and cook over high heat until the sauce has absorbed into the noodles.
Garnishing and Serving
1. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds and enjoy!
