- 1 stalk Scallion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Sichuan chili powder or Gochugaru
- 2 tbsp Oil, heated
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Preparing the Tofu
1. Drain the silken tofu from its packaging and carefully transfer it to a serving plate.
Preparing the Sauce
1. In a small bowl, combine scallion, garlic, and Sichuan chili powder.
2. Pour in the heated oil.
3. Then add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and toasted sesame seeds, whisk until well combined.
Finalizing the Dish
1. Pour the spicy sauce over the silken tofu, making sure to evenly coat it.
2. Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the tofu for added flavor and texture.
