Ingredients

- 3 Tbs Olive oil
- 0.5 Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove Garlic, chopped
- 400 g Mushrooms, sliced
- 0.5 Tbs Wheat flour
- 1 Tbs Paprika
- 0.33333333333333331 cup Vegetable stock
- 1 Tbs Lemon zest
- 2 Tbs Parsley, washed, disinfected and chopped
- pinch salt and fresh black pepper

Directions

1. Heat the oil in a pan, stir in the onion and garlic until they are translucent. Add the mushrooms and let them sear. Stir in the flour and paprika and mix perfectly. Pour the stock with lemon zest and parsley. Boil for a few minutes or until the sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Serve as a side dish or as a main dish garnished with more parsley.
