Ingredients

Spaghetti Pasta
- 250 g spaghetti pasta
- 4 clove Garlic, diced
- 1 pcs Red onion, diced
- 2 g Lemon zest, grated from half a lemon
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 160 g tuna
- 35 g Fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Cook the Pasta
1. Boil a pot of water.
2. Add a pinch of salt.
3. Cook 250 g of spaghetti pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
4. Drain the pasta and set aside.
Prepare Ingredients
1. Dice 4 cloves of garlic.
2. Dice one red onion.
3. Grate the zest of half a lemon.
4. Chop 35 g of fresh parsley.
Sauté Aromatics
1. In a pan, heat 3 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add diced garlic, diced red onion, and grated lemon zest to the pan.
3. Sauté until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
Add Tuna
1. Open a 160 g can of tuna and drain excess liquid.
2. Add the tuna to the pan with sautéed aromatics.
3. Stir and cook for a few minutes until the tuna is heated through.
Combine Ingredients
1. Add the cooked spaghetti pasta to the pan with the tuna mixture.
2. Toss everything together, ensuring the pasta is well-coated with the flavors.
Finish with Fresh Parsley
1. Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the pasta.
2. Mix well to incorporate the parsley evenly.
Serve
1. Plate the spaghetti with tuna and lemon zest.
2. Optionally, garnish with additional lemon zest or parsley for extra freshness.
