Ingredients

- 200 g Spaghetti
- 2 l Water, boiling
- 3 Tbs Butter
- 2 clove Garlic, chopped
- 1.5 cup half-cream
- 0.5 tsp Dried basil
- 0.5 tsp Dried thyme
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- pinch salt flower and fresh black pepper

Directions

1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water, following the pack instructions for pasta al dente. Drain and place to the side.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, before it starts to brown. Add the cream and heat until it starts to simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese into the sauces and let it melt and thicken the sauce. Season with salt and pepper if necessary and stir in the pasta.
3. Serve garnished with fresh parsley and some bread to the side.
4. Share and enjoy.
