Cabbage
- 1 cabbage
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper, freshly cracked
- 0.25 c Soy Miso Sauce

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Cut cleaned cabbage into quarters. Remove the core and discard.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to each quarter of cabbage.
4. Generously season cabbage with salt and pepper.
5. Roast in preheated oven for 20 min or until cabbage becomes tender and golden brown.
6. Add soy miso sauce on top of cabbage as well as on serving dish.
7. Enjoy!
