- 6 oz spanish salami (salchichón)
- 0.25 c onions and peppers
- 1 tbsp sofrito
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 c Potatoes, cubed
- 0.5 c Carrots, shredded
- 0.25 c Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp Healthy Rican Savory Spice Mix
- 1 tbsp Healthy Rican Sofrito Seasoning
- 4 oz thin spaghetti
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
- 6 c water, or chicken broth and omit the bouillon (Add more as needed)

Directions

Adding ingredients to the cooker
1. Add all the ingredients into a pressure cooker or large pot. Note: The cooking time will vary depending on which you use.
For the pressure cooker
1. Close the lid tightly and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
2. Carefully release the pressure, open the lid, and check if the noodles and potatoes are completely cooked.
If cooking over the stove top
1. Bring all the ingredients to a boil.
2. Cook on high heat, stirring frequently. Cook uncovered for 7-9 minutes until desired tenderness or until the noodles are al dente and the potatoes are cooked and soft enough to stick a fork in them.
Topping and serving
1. Top with fresh cilantro if desired, and enjoy!
