Ingredients

- 3 c day old rice
- 4 clove Garlic, chopped
- 0.25 Onion, diced
- Green beans, chopped
- 1 Tomato, seeded & chopped
- 3 Thai chilis
- 2 Green onion, chopped
- tamarind soup mix
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- any protein
- 0.125 c Sinigang broth

Directions

1. Chop all fresh ingredients.
2. If you’re using sinigang leftovers, use some of the broth & the protein from the soup. If not, skip this step.
3. In a pan add some oil on medium low heat. Then add onions & green beans. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add garlic & Thai chilis. Cook for another minute.
5. Add rice & broth or some water if needed. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
6. Season rice with fish sauce, soy sauce, garlic & onion powder, black pepper, & a pinch of salt.
7. Add tamarind soup mix (a little at a time, taste & add more if needed). Mix well & cook for another 3-4 minutes.
8. Add protein & cook for 1 minute.
9. Add tomatoes & green onion. Mix well then turn the heat off. Let it sit for about 1-2 minutes.
10. Serve with fried egg & enjoy.
